Morning. Lots of questions and some i cannot answer.
We did some testing last night and it only happens when the extension for Modern Quote exists and is enabled. Without that, it's all good and running nicely. However that is a functionality that a lot of the users use and like (me included). It's only when trying to post and only when nested quotes are present, but not all. It's almost as though there's a random bit of text at times that triggers it inside a particular quote.
