I have installed the latest PHPBB version 3.3.14. I have installed an activated several dark theme styles and even set to default. However, I am seeing no effect and the default prosilver theme continues to show. The last dark theme I installed was Quantum Codex. Before that I tried 360Elite and DVGFX.
