Just did the upgrade after uploading all the files and loading
/phpBB3/install/app.php/install
It does not have the usual upgrade option. It seems like it needs me to re-enter my Admin username and email and reenter my SQL data
Seems like its doing a fresh install instead of an upgrade.
Anyone have any ideas? Did this many time in the past and never had to go through all this just to do a upgrade..
