I don't know why they are not posting them in here in the official extensions forum...

The explanation is shockingly honest and shockingly simple: IMC and I prefer to communicate in our native language while developing. As for me, I'm already challenged enough with PHP, Twig, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Adding English to the mix would completely overheat my mental processor.
