Yes but it's not something that needs lots of forums and then posts inside of those. There isn't a huge amount of content for a FAQ.Hmph. Just asked this question again, 'cuz I didn't see this answer. I trust I can make the a category as well?
So if it was me I'd have a category at the top called something like announcements or site information, then in that I'd have a forum with maybe news, FAQ.
Then in the FAQ forum you can have topics covering site rules, the review template you want people to use, and anything else they need to know.
Hardly anyone looks at the FAQ on a forum in my experience.
