Hello, yes, comments before all correct.
Only my thoughts and minor not binding tests on the fly ...
ATTACHEMENTS:
As founder and admin, I can view the file attachments in the ACP:
POSTING / ATTACHEMENTS / Manage attachments
- to recognise missing file comments.
I can jump to the post in the new TAB and enter the missing file comment. Send the post again. The comment is now displayed in the list of file attachments and below the graphic. I cannot recognise any differences or errors in the database when comparing the ATTACHEMENTS with or without file comments. The comment is also displayed in the page source text via ALT-TAG.
All caches have been cleaned beforehand.
The links to call the attachments also work.
If Google is *new to crawl again, it can be very helpful from my personal point of view ACP / POSTING / Post settings,
a) Topics per page: xx
b) Posts per page: xx
to reduce *)beforehand = xx = -1
It means, try this: Reduce the number by one in each two a) + b) case.

On the other hand take a look here: BBCode img

This has no automatism! The BBCode img must be adapted manually.

I cannot check whether this is downward compatible for old / older BBCode is using img. I don´t use the BBCode img before.
The output is different. You can see this in the database phpbb_posts of the respective post (number).

The BBCode img would have to be parsed again from my point of view. The question is whether this happens automatically for old / older BBCode is using img or not.
If "no" is there a possibility? Please ask the great Author of this extension.
