Exactly what happened to me. I went from 3 million impressions per month down to 600,000 when I used Cloudflare AI Bot blocking. Almost 40% of pages got de-indexed for months too. Only just started recovering after having it turned "Off" in June.Just be careful when activating the AI bot protection tool. It was accidentally blocking search bots from Google, Bing, etc.
