I just wondered if the already available features you mentioned - 'New Posts' and 'Unanswered Posts' - could somehow be utilised by somebody clever, into what I think could possibly be a useful Extension.As far as I'm aware there is no such feature in phpBB by default. The closest you have are the advanced searches like 'new posts', 'unanswered posts' and so on but they wouldn't help for listing posts / topics made on a specific day in the past.
The only extension I could find that was even remotely close to what you are after is this Digests extension but that will just send you regular emails of activity by the looks of it.
I don't think what you specifically want exists as an extension.
